These just might be the absolute BEST gingerbread cookies I have EVER had!!! Thick cut, slightly chewy, wonderful texture, perfectly spiced, that little crunch of sugar sprinkled on top, and just a hint of orange peel (LOVE ORANGE PEEL!!!) These are real winners for me.

I purchased a tin of these cookies for my co-workers a while back and they couldn't get enough of them. I plan on adding them to this year's order.
