Ground shipments are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service unless you choose a faster delivery service as noted below. For orders shipped outside the USA we use USPS Priority Mail International for faster, more reliable delivery. Transit time is approximately 6 to 10 days but could take longer depending on clearance time through customs.
For shipments to Canada, add $19.95 to the USA Ground Rate.
For shipments outside the U.S. and Canada, add $39.95 to the Ground Rate.

Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges are usually made to a mailroom or receiving department before being delivered to the intended recipient. This may cause delays since the mailroom does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time. Liberty Orchards is not responsible for deliveries that arrive on time to the mail room, but arrive late to the intended recipient, or to addresses that do not include a contact person's name.

Shipments to Military Personnel are sent Priority Mail. Please be sure to include a proper APO/FPO zip code. Use USA shipping and handling rates.

For Christmas delivery to shipments outside the USA order by December 10th. Shipments to Africa, Central America, and South America order by December 3rd. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses order by December 1st.

Most orders ship the day after the order is placed by the Shipping Method you choose, (unless you request a future date that will delay the ship date). The ship day is not counted as a transit day and we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Same day shipping is only guaranteed with the Next Business Day option and the order must be submitted by 11am PST.

Warm Weather Shipping:
During the months of May through September, all orders that contain chocolate products are required to ship via 2-Day Express Delivery and only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so they are not in transit over the weekend. The items will be shipped with ice packs to ensure their quality during transit. If you order chocolate items, select the 2-Day Express Delivery option in the drop-down menu on the Shipping Information page during checkout.

Liberty Orchards does not ship on the following designated holidays:
New Years Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
