Dulce de Leche Stroopwafels

I've just recently been introduced to the stroopwafels. I was told that they were delicious dipped in hot chocolate. They are! They are also very good eaten by themselves like a cookie. While in Cashmere, WA in September 2023 we stopped at Liberty Orchards and there were some there. We tried the Bontime Wafer with Dulce de leche filling. All I have tried have been good but these were the BEST! They were fresher and had really good flavor!!! Thanks Liberty Orchards for having them! Elaine
